I rearranged the girls room, once again. I always thought this room was a good size until both girls were in twin beds. For a while the beds were directly in front of the two bookshelves. That gave the room the most play space and kept the girls beds against the wall. 
With this arrangement the girls can access the bookshelves while also being able to fly from one bed to the other in a single bound. Lots of night time chatter and giggles and screams and bears flying back and forth. This new way drives me bananas and makes me smile too. The girls really like it, especially turning the lamp on and off, over and over and over again.
